We want to partner with you, to keep you healthy ….rather than just treating you when you are sick. We will let you know when something needs your attention. Assessing diet and exercise habits, identifying mental health and substance abuse, performing age-specific screenings at your annual wellness visit, can lead to a longer healthier life.
In between visits, will help coordinate your care. Should you see a specialist, visit an emergency room, be admitted to a hospital, we will help you manage these transitions, track down your records, and coordinate follow up care.
Smart technology, Telemedicine visits, 24/7 access to your records on a secure portal, notifications sent by e-mail and text, make communication between you and Firstcare easy.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are restricted to patients who choose us as their primary care provider, and to work-related visits, authorized by the employer.
Same-day in-office appointments are available as staffing permits.
Patients with urgent problems should phone-ahead.
TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENTS
A great option for patients traveling, away at school, or just unable to get to the office.
Same-day telemedicine appointments are available 7 days a week.
