We are thrilled to be offering secure video visits for patients who have selected Firstcare to be their Medical Home. While we love to see you in the office, we understand that it is not always convenient to come in. Video visits will allow you to receive the same quality care from our providers that you do in the office, without taking time off of work or finding a sitter.
Video visits are appropriate for many types of appointments, especially follow-ups and minor urgent care. Feel free to request a video visit right here from the website. We look forward to seeing you soon!

How it Works

You can request a video visit with one of our providers. You will use a computer or smart phone to connect to the video visit platform where you will be greeted by our staff and then have a face-to-face visit with one of our providers. It is easy and convenient.

Video visits require the following:

1. Internet Connectivity

2. Computer, Tablet or Smart Phone with camera and speakers

If you are a patient that has selected Firstcare Medical Group as your Patient-Centered Medical Home and you would like to request a video visit, get started by completing and submitting the Video Visit Request Form. After completing the form our office will contact you with an appointment time. Most requests can be accommodated the same day.
